Born in Cracow Poland, Karolina Jakubowska attended the Faculty of Painting and Graphic Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow – year of graduation – 1995. She studied in the ateliers of professors: Juliusz Joniak, Janusz Orbitowski and Andrzej Pietsch. Diploma in Painting and Graphic Art in 1995.
1995 - Diploma Recipient of the price for the best diploma, sponsored by the Cracovian Gallery “Piano Nobile”
1996 - Admission in Association I.A.C.
- in Nice 1998 - Karolina Jakubowska runs the Cracovian Gallery “Krypta u Pijarów”
1999 - Recipient of a stipend awarded by the Polish Ministry for cultural Affairs.
1999 - Diploma of Postgraduate Study of Conservation in the Department of Architecture and Town Planning.
2000 - A stipend in Rome.
2001 - A prize “A laurel for artist”
2004- 1er Grand Prix International -Festival d’Avignon- la Medaille de Merite dans la categorie de Peinture
